Schedule

A Gantt chart was created to help manage the team’s schedule. Each task and subtask is listed in the Gantt Chart along with the task start/end date, task duration and task dependencies. The critical path, which shows the tasks in the project that determine the total length of the project, is shown in red. The project will start December 9th, 2024 and will end April 25th, 2025, with a total project duration of 137 days.
