Project Location

SPA 1 WRF is located in Surprise, AZ which is located in the northwest region of the greater Phoenix area. More specifically the address of the facility is 13663 Cactus Rd, Surprise, AZ 85379.  Our Location Map shows the site within Arizona, and our Vicinity Map shows the site within Surprise. Our Site Map shows the property boundaries of the site. Plants 1-5 are highlighted on the site map as well. Each plant is a secondary treatment process consisting of an oxidation ditch and a secondary clarifier. Plants 1 and 2 are antiquated, plant 3 will remain untouched and operational during this project, and Plants 4 and 5 will be the primary focus of this project.
