- Version Control/Issue Tracking
- Github: Github is familiar to the whole team and is full of
useful features, we will use it to manage the creation of new features
and it is how we will conduct peer reviews
- Integrated Development Environment
- VSCode/Visual Studio: These were chosen due to
the teams familiarity with them and due to the features offered by each.
They are both versatile and can be used for any language and adapted
to the needs of the user.
- Word Processing/Presentation
- Google Documents/Microsoft Word: The team will use
Google Docs and Word to quickly and efficiently share documents that
need to be edited, viewed, or reviewed. Both provide good editing tools
and will assist the team in creating professional documents.
- Programming Languages
- Throughout development of this product, we will
be using mainly Python to accomplish all of our requirements. We
are all familiar with it and it was the language used for the initial
prototype provided to us. We will also be using HTML/CSS for the creation
of the Web Application.
