Project Description

The contaminants of concern (COC) include biological oxygen demand, total suspended solids, and total kjeldahl nitrogen with a range of their concentrations collected from August 2022 to April 2023 seen in the image below.​ From this table, COC concentrations can be seen in comparison to the standards for discharge as identified by the City of Flagstaff. The brown highlighted cells show the COCs in exceedance based on the maximum concentration levels.

Current COC Levels and Limits

As can be seen from the above table, the concentration of each COC varies. This is due to the varying nature of the brewing process in which different beers are brewed on a weekly basis, causing the concentrations of contaminants to vary over time. A graph of each COC with their concentrations over time can be found below.
