Frank is a post-baccalaureate student at Northern Arizona University. He is studying Environmental Engineering and is interested in a career that involves working with water resources management. His previous fields of study include photography and advertising.

Justine Chaco

Justine is a candidate for a degree in Environmental Engineering at Northern Arizona University. She has worked with the Southern Ute Indian Tribe’s Air Quality Program in Ignacio, CO as an Intern. She has also worked with the Navajo Nation EPA’s Air Quality Monitoring Program/Operating Permits Program in Fort Defiance, AZ, as an intern. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, she is interested in pursuing a law degree in Environmental/Sustainable Law with an Emphasis in Indian Law.
