Project HIGHLIGHTS project SCHEDULE
- Part of Future Combat System (FCS) for U.S. Military developed by Raytheon
- Device will be part of a tank launched IR/Laser guided ballistic warhead
- Survive a 10-kG launch acceleration, 3-G lateral acceleration
- Must be packaged in a 0.2" tall by 2.9" diameter cylinder
- Must perform Non-Uniformity Compensation on a infrared detector
- Must have a 10 year storage life
