Veteran Success Center Student Services Representative - Worked with a team to field questions,
calls and problems about GI BILL usage, transitioning from a military background to a college
environment, and worked with relevant data and computer systems to make the center run smoothly.
Mobility Operations Center Controller - As a Senior Airman in the USAF worked as part of a team
that maintained the status of aircraft, their movements, and their permissions. Used both radio
and phones to coordinate agency communications.

Communications: Both of my most recent job experiences heavily relied on communications in
various formats, including radios, phones, MS Teams, Discord, and Zoom.
Documentation: I have had ample opportunity to make sure all information is properly
