Project Document Descriptions

• Team Inventory - Brief introduction of each team member, including current skills and relevant experience.
• Team Standards - This document sets standards for all team members to follow to create a better group experience that encourages progress.
• Design Review 1 - This presentation focuses on our planning of the development of our project as well as communicates our current work status at this point of the semester.
• Tech Feasibility - This document explores all of our initial choices for our main technologies, such as frameworks and databases. It also includes our final decisions of the technologies we will use.
• Requirements Document - This document contains all of our set requirements for this project that were created together with the team as well as our clients.
• Team Communication Strategy Memo - Team expectations and strategies for communication, including plans for team and mentor meetings and guidelines for in-person and virtual communication.
• Software Design Document - Details the overall architectural design of our project, including descriptions of anticipated modules and implementation plans.
• DR2 - This presentation focuses on our design and implementation choices for our software architecture as well as presents our current status of the project at this point.
• Software Testing Plan Document - This document outlines our plans for unit, integration, and user testing for our software.
• DR3 - This presentation serves as a "dry-run" for our final UGRADS presentation, as there was the need to transfer our presentation to an online format with a video due to the circumstances of spring 2020.
• UGRADS Presentation - This is our final presentation and update on status of our project design, architecture, and implementation.
• UGRADS Poster - Overview of our problem and the key aspects of our solution.
• User Manual - A guide to using our final mobile and web applications.
• Final "As-Built" Report - Final report detailing everything about our finished project.
