Ecological Momentary Assessment
Capstone's Goal: To develop a mobile application
that will support American Indian prediabetes patients in making
healthy choices (e.g.,diet, physical activity). The app will (1)
identify instances when individuals are experiencing a psychological or
social context that may place them at risk of making unhealthy choices
(e.g., sadness, financial stressors, being alone, hunger), and (2)
provide support / intervention during these challenging
experiences.
