Kalli possess many qualities of her ESTJ Meyer-Briggs Personality type. Her strong work ethic and constant strive for perfection make her a reliable teammate. She is willing to step up and take responsibility or leadership but has no problem working as a team. Her organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to completing tasks on time make her perfect for managing documents and keeping minutes during meetings.

Having a logistician ISTJ personality type, Kaitlyn enjoys working towards the end goal, willing to put in vast amounts of time in energy into each task to achieve accuracy and precision. Having been put in peer leadership positions most of her life, she gladly accepts the role of project manager in this capstone team. Kaitlyn hopes that she can bring her passion of both UAVs and wildlife to the group to help excite the team about the work they do and make the experience more enjoyable for everyone.

Personality Type (INTJ) Dustin has a deep understanding of the importance of teamwork and how by leveraging the strengths of each individual, a team is more likely to succeed. Along with knowledge gained in school, Dustin also brings his experience working in NAU’s Wearable Informatics Lab and Rapid Prototyping Lab.

Daniel’s Meyer-Briggs personality type is INFJ. INFJ personality types are creative, determined, and decisive. Using these traits will be very helpful for our team should any tough decisions need to be made. On top of that, Daniel brings a history of three summers of internships which involves meeting deadlines, partaking in staff meetings, and making sure deliverable are of the best quality possible.
