INTRODUCTION   

The primary goal for this capstone project is to produce a working 1S1R Resistive RAM device. This will be accomplished by breaking the overall goal into two smaller goals to achieve each semester. In the Spring '22 Semester, a working Selector device using NbOx is the primary goal.
