Design and implement algorithms for efficient analysis to comprehensively determine an individual’s history of exposure to viral pathogens.
Extensive module testing and data analysis primarily by unit testing and integration testing.

Skills:

Github and Git: Experience using GitHub and Git from CS 386 and internship experience.

C and C++: Primarily C++ experience from the internship, but have worked in C for both the internship and multiple NAU courses.
