We will be creating a web appliction using Django inconjunction with OpenLayers and Bing Maps

Github will be our primary code repository for this project.
  - We chose this repository because we all have experience with it and it is widely used in the industry.

We will be creating a global prediction system on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in python
  - For our python code development we chose to use PyCharm because it is widely used in developing python programs and we all have experience in using its IDE.

We will have a public facing system that will allow users to draw out a polygon on a map then it will send the data to our backend to be computed and return summary results to the user for their expected amount of carbon uptake.
