What is Help Tile?

Sharing and exploring specific pieces of complex web pages and pictures can be nearly impossible. Help Tiles are iconographic meta tags that users publish on to web page content to point to specific content of interest. Its like Facebook face tagging, expanded to any content type, on any webpage.
