This schedule has changed slightly due to the delay in gaining lab access. The issue of getting lab access caused the team to delay lab analysis, resulting in a delay in the site's risk assessment. Regardless, the team was able to complete all tasks on the Gantt chart. 

The total number of hours worked during this project and the total cost are significantly less than originally estimated. This can be attributed to the productivity of the team and simplification of remediation. Table 2 displays the proposed and actual hours for staffing for this project.
