Final Predictions and Results
Using the information below on this page and on the pages linked below, the final predictions were determined for our beam, and those predictions were compared to the actual values found during the testing of our beam. Those results are shown below in the table.

Selection of concrete Mix
We selected our concrete mix based on required strength requirements for the concrete for our final design and by working with Tpac to find an existing mix that they have that would meet those requirements. The information we gave to Tpac for our requested mix is shown in the table below along with the mix that they proposed to be used which is what we chose to use.
Shop Drawings
The shop drawing below shows the the final design which was provided to the precast concrete fabricator Tpac. Between completing the decision matrix, and the creation of the shop drawing the required shear reinforcement was determined and was added to the beam design, resulting in the shop drawings below.
