Page is the gateway to the Glen Canyon National Recreation Area and Lake Powell and attracts more than three million tourists every year. Traffic on Highway 89, the main road to/from Page, is increasing, resulting in a decreased level of service (LOS) on the highway. ADOT has requested a proposal to build a roundabout at the Hwy 89 and North Lake Powell Blvd / Scenic View Rd intersection in Page, Arizona.
