Fanning Wash and Soliere Low-Water Crossing

Flagstaff, Arizona. Within the lower reaches of Fanning Wash the wash intersects with Soliere Avenue just South of the I40E. Flooding occurs across the road at the intersection posing risks for pedestrians crossing. This goal of this project is to mitigate flooding creating a safer route for pedestrians at the intersection.
