The NAU Traffic Capstone Team collected turning movement data at the four study intersections during the May 10th, 2019 morning ceremony. The Team also implemented road tube counters at the ingress legs of the campus intersections to collect event traffic volume data during the May 10th graduation weekend. A baseline study was conducted during the last week of September 2019 using road tube counters at the same intersections. The baseline study helped determine the magnitude of graduation traffic compared to normal traffic conditions.
