LOCATION
The Grand Canyon Railway is located in the city of Williams in Coconino County, AZ. The map below displays an aerial view of the GCR offices and maintenance buildings where boiler blowdown occurs and where pretreatment would occur. At the top of the aerial image a square rainwater collection basin is visible. Pretreatment would be located just south of the collection basin and north of the visible buildings. The existing water softener and grinder pump are located in the northernmost areas of the visible buildings. The railroad tracks can be seen to the left of the buildings as well as between the buildings and the basin.
