Project Tasks & Schedule

The table above illustrates all the tasks completed throughout the Spring 2017 semester. Several of the predicted and actual end dates differ greatly, which is mostly contributed to processes taking longer than expected as well as longer waiting periods for aquiring materials and waiting for the results. The two tasks highlighted as well as task 5.1, were areas that greatly delayed the team and future tasks. Task 4.4 Water Contamination was delayed due to acquiring materials and this as well as the Task 5.1 Design Construction delayed our Water testing. The water samples were sent on time based on the Subcontract's needs however the team underestimated the time it would take to receive these samples in return. Overall, the project was completed on time.
