Our team consists of three sub-teams made up of 19 seniors, including 15 Mechanical Engineers and 4 Electrical Engineers. We strive to create an inclusive environment where every member can contribute their unique skills and perspectives. Together, we collaboratively design, fabricate, and innovate, applying our engineering expertise to real-world challenges. Our ultimate goal is to compete in the upcoming event in Brooklyn, Michigan, showcasing our hard work and creativity.
The Chassis team designs and fabricates the vehicle's structural framework, focusing on rigidity, weight optimization, and safety. We ensure the chassis integrates seamlessly with other systems while maximizing strength and minimizing weight to enhance handling and overall performance.
The Powertrain team is responsible for designing and optimizing the components that deliver power to the wheels, including the engine, drivetrain, transmission, and shifting systems. Our work ensures the vehicle achieves peak performance, reliability, and efficiency during endurance and acceleration events.
The Suspension team develops the system that connects the wheels to the chassis, focusing on maximizing performance, handling, and stability. We design and optimize components such as dampers, springs, and control arms to ensure our vehicle can tackle various terrains while providing the driver with optimal control.
