Meet the team that worked on the project
Paul Howell
My name is Paul Howell, and I am the project manager for the Honda EV Conversion Capstone. I have been working with Hasport for a few years now, and developed this project alongside client Brian Gillespe. Before this project, much of my time has been spent working on automotive related projects and designs. I have also worked in a variety of production environments, each with their own unique challenges and experiences. Outside of work, I enjoy camping, hiking, music, and fast cars.
Josh Hattaway
My name is Josh Hattaway, and I am the financial manager and website developer for the Honda EV Conversion Capstone. On top of being a mechanical engineering student, I have also completed a minor in Spanish out of my love for the language and passion for being able to communicate with others. I have always had an interest for cars and being able to be a part of this capstone team has been an awesome opportunity to gain experience with cars and do something benchmarking in the industry. Currently, I work at Home Depot to support myself while going to school. Outside of work and school, I love going to music festivals, collecting vinyl, playing both video games and Dungeons and Dragons, and spending time with my friends.
Bryce Greenberg
My name is Bryce Greenberg, and I am a mechanical engineering student, having returned to school after spending over 15 years as a professional automotive mechanic and shop owner. I have taken on the role of manufacturing manager for the Honda EV team and bring valuable mechanical and electrical experience to the project. I have a broad set of interests and am excited to use my engineering education towards meaningful roles in a number of different industries including energy, automotive, medical and biology, or MEP design.
David Brooks
My name is David Brooks, and I am a mechanical engineering student with a minor in business. I have taken on the role test engineer for the Honda EV team and bring valuable knowledge in the mechanical workings of a vehicle. I have a variety of interests including traveling the country, living out of my truck and making the most of his time. I hope to use my engineering education and degree to help advance the world into using cleaner technologies within the transportation, energy, and medical fields.
Wyatt Watson
My name is Wyatt Watson and I am a senior in mechanical engineering at Northern Arizona University. I am the CAD engineer for the Honda EV project and I am skilled in manufacturing and design. I have a job in industry currently and will be working towards working at an aerospace company where I hope to get a job at NASA or JPL.
