Front End Prototype

3D printed knuckle and PVC arms used to evaluate component relations and see where to improve part interference.    

Rear End Prototype

3D printed knuckle, wheel hub, and axle assembled to determine how knuckle interacts with wheel. Found knuckle needs to be re-designed to avoid interference. 

Drivetrain Prototype

3D printed assembly of ECVT used to assess current performance of design.

Frame Prototype

Current frame design was made out of PVC to be put through a mock technical inspection.
