I chose to study Mechanical Engineering beacuse I’m working in oil industries so my company sponsored me to be a mechanical engineer. I hope to get my certificate and work very hard again in my company.I hope to gain a lot of skills that will help me in the future for example: teamwork skills, problem solving skills, communications skills and time management skills.

I chose to study Mechanical Engineering because of the connection it has to everything. Another great thing about engineering is that it is always changing, so you never stop learning. I hope to leave a positive lasting impression on the field that I will work in and also to be helpful to people I work with. This project taught me how to apply my knowledge in science, and math into the real word and how to be creative in solving any problem.

I was originally a Physics major, but officially changed it after my first semester of college. I felt that engineering had better opportunities to take my life somewhere other than the same city I have been living in for most of my life. Besides, most of the topics in engineering were interesting to me as I was growing up. Currently I don't have a specific plan for beyond graduation. Eventually I would like to end up doing something that I think is interesting. Trying to follow that saying of "You'll never work a day in your life if you love what you do." I believe that once this project is over I will have a greater understanding of how group projects with a client are supposed to go. There will be problems along the way but we will have to learn how to solve them and work together as a homogeneous unit. Also my first experience with a professional work environment in this degree will also be a part of this capstone experience.

I chose to study Mechanical Engineering because I felt that it was a good place to start from. When I first came to college, I knew I wanted to be an engineer, but I wasn't entirely sure of where exactly I would fit in the engineering world. After taking Fluid Mechanics and a course on compressible flow, I knew I wanted to work in the Aerospace field. I know it'll become very technical but I want to work specifically on propulsion systems. This project takes a small portion of what I want to work with (moving fluids) and will create a system that will help students like myself to design those parts that one day could be propelled with a system that I design or help to build.

Problem solving as always been an interest of mine, from classes to personal projects. The next logical step was to turn that interest into a fulfilling and enjoyable career. That's why I chose to study Mechanical Engineering. I hope to lead a successful career and be an asset to the company that I will be working for. From this project, I have gained further interpersonal and project planning experience, as well as a deeper understanding of fluid dynamics.

I chose mechanical engineering because I wanted a major that allowed me to learn more about the technical aspects of modern design. Eventually, I would like to invent devices that help the daily lives of people. This projects has helped to give me a deep understanding and control of pumps, which I know will help me to become a great asset.
