Entirely Self-funded effort
For a unique senior design project such as this competition, we as students are independently reponsible for raising all of the necessary funding. This differs from the typical capstone team which is given an initial budget by the company sponsoring their project.
Why Us?
This team is comprised of talented individuals with interests ranging from aeronautics and airfoil design, to materials and production. Our capabilities as individuals are attested by our industry experience at such distinguished firms as Raytheon Missile Systems, Northrop-Grumman, and the National Renewable Energy Laboratory.
We intend to be a strong competitor in this year's Aero Design West competition. Nevertheless our final product is entirely dependent on the amount of the funding we can gather.
