  Key Points:

1.  The latch pin holes correspond to the 9 desired steering angle positions.
2.  The latch is not fully automated, and requires physical human interaction to actuate.
3.  The latch is not flight ready.
4.  Binding of latch pin and hole has been experienced with prototyping.
