Team Members and Roles

Luis Camargo - lc833@nau.edu

Respective Roles:

Vendor Liaison/Buyer - Makes and keeps track of all purchases, makes sure all orders are ordered in time to be picked up and received on schedule.

Treasurer - Oversees all purchases and makes sure the team stays within budget of $500.

Timekeeper/Minutes - Will keep track of all meeting times involving the group and individual meetings with our client and GTA.

Jonathan Ciulla - jc3598@nau.edu

Respective Roles:

Secretary - In charge of documentation and organization of team notes meeting notes. Meeting notes include meeting minutes, phone logs, and GTA meetings. In charge of ensuring the team is aware of announcements. Provide assistance for the treasurer as needed.

Log and Notetaker - Documentation of critical information and uploads said information to our team's google drive ensuring a cohesive work flow.

Co-Website Coordinator - The co-lead designer and creator of the team's website. In charge of weekly project updates and postings of the prototype, design process, and any relevant information as needed.

Co-Presentation Coordinator -  Ensures that the group has all the necessary items needed to create and complete a full presentation of the necessary. Complete coordination with their team to develop a professional presentation of their work.

Jace Jenkins - jcj248@nau.edu

Respective Roles:

Team Leader - Assigns roles for each task and makes sure the team understands their respective responsibilities.

Client liaison - Regularly makes contact with the client to keep them updated on the team's progress and current tasks, relays questions or concerns from the team to the client or vice versa, and verifies team meeting times with the client.

Document coordinator - Person in charge of keeping all the team's files and documents organized and easily accessible to all members of the team along with double checking the requirements of our documents before submission.

Scheduling Assistant - Sends out the excel sheet used to create the schedule, for all team members. Keeps team up to date with upcoming events and meetings.

Respective Roles:

Scheduling coordinator - Keeps track of important dates and meetings and makes a complete schedule including the date, day, and time of each specific event. Issue Tracker - Updates Gantt Chart as needed to ensure teams work ethic meets set deadlines, events, meetings, etc.
