Problem Statement:
A sensor system is desired to study the effects of different forms of space radiation on various biological cells. This will aid in research to better understand the potential impacts to the human body in deep space.
Requirements/Specifications
High Resolution CMOS Sensor:
--Over 1.3MP resolution
--Below 5.2 micron pitch
--Optical format close to 1cm horizontal
--Upper 8 bit image data will be utilized
Durable:
--Capable of withstanding ionizing radiation
