Alyssa is originally from Phoenix, Arizona, and will graduate with a Bachelor's in Applied Computer Science in May of 2025. She earned her Associate's in Web Development/Design from Scottsdale Community College in 2022. She was chosen as the Distinguished Senior for the Steve Sanghi College of Engineering, and is current the Teaching Assistant for the CS 386 Software Engineering course. She loves bird watching, antiquing, and reading books.
Andrew (Andy) is originally from West Covina, California, in the greater Los Angeles area. He's currently pursuing a double major in a Bachelor's of Math and Computer Science. He's both a dedicated student and athlete and is currently interning with NAU through the NASA Space Grant, working on Python code graphing the spread of West Nile Virus, and its interaction with humans and nature alike. Besides this experience, he also looks to apply his research skills and other Python knowledge to the project. He enjoys video games, reading, walking, running, Disney and Marvel.
Payton is originally from Phoenix, Arizona, and is working towards his Bachelor's in Computer Science at NAU. He started his study of computers back in elementary school, but only really began seriously pursuing it in high school, where he took 2 classes focused on Python and Java respectively, among touching on a few other concepts. Payton has experience primarily in C, C++, and Python, with some knowledge of R and web development, and hopes to apply these skills to the project. Outside of school, Payton loves art, mainly music and movies, researching history and political science, gaming, going on walks, and enjoying the nature of Flagstaff and beyond.
Tyler is originally from Chandler, AZ in the greater Phoenix area. He's currently working towards a Bachelor's in Software Engineering, and plans to eventually pursue a Master's in Informatics also at NAU. An honors student in high school, Tyler eventually secured a job at Intel helping with manufacturing, and now does a similar job at Gore. In his time at NAU, he's put a focus on full-stack development, automated software testing, and big data. He hopes to transfer these skills he's acquired from both his work and school experience to the project. Tyler's hobbies are playing instruments, enjoying nature, playing disc golf, and cooking.
