High Level Requirements
- The ability to recognize the infrared dot on the camera
- The ability to compare the crosshair center point with the recognized infrared dot
- The ability to decide if the crosshair is on the infrared dot
- If the crosshair is not on the infrared, calculate the distance between the crosshair center and the infrared dot
- The ability to display this distance on an user interface pop-up window
- The ability to screenshot the current camera view and print as a PNG file
