Get to know who we are and what role we have in our project
My job is to guide the team along through our meetings, whether it be internal meetings or client meetings. I also am in charge of setting up our meetings, as well as organizing task reports to help break up the work into manageable tasks.
My job is to manage and guide the direction that the code architecture takes. This means I will be in charge of providing solutions to major design decisions, as well as making sure the codebase keeps to the design.
My job is to manage the different versions of our codebase that will exist throughout the development process. This is to ensure we always have a working version of our program, with bug fixes needing to be verified.
My job is to document our progress and note imporant information coming from both our client and mentor meetings. Also, it is important that I fill out our schedule with upcoming events and continue to update it as the year continues.
My job is to communicate with out client when information is needed. I will be the first to contact our client in these situations, so we can keep a consistent relationship. This allows the client to also have more understanding of who he is contacting throughout the year.
