The KineTrax Project

The KineTrax is a wearable motion capture device. It is a modular device built on top of the TI MSP-430 microcontroller. Although our focus for the device was gait analysis, the device goal is to be able to be used for many purposes.

Key Requirements

• Record and offload gyroscopic and accelerometer data
• Create a GUI to configure peripherals
• Allow for wireless communication between devices
• Allow for time synchronization between devices
