The purpose of this project is to manage the stormwater that currently runs through three corrugated metal pipes at the Fanning
Wash and the intersection of North Steves Boulevard in Flagstaff, Arizona. This project will develop proposed recommendations to the existing channel and culverts to improve the exiting drainage conditions at the intersection. Through these recommendations new structures or channel designs will be produced to help improve the current drainage system. Overall, this project is proactive in trying to protect residents and property owners from avoidable water damage upstream and downstream of the intersection along the Fanning Wash.
