Project Information

The Summit residential development in Ponderosa Trails would like to have a channel and slope assessed that are having stability issues. The subject channel is located along Pulliam Rd in Flagstaff and runs along the back of the property of three home owners. One of the property owners is having slope stability issues with the bottom portion of their yard “slipping” towards the channel. During high flows the channel is also capable of inundating the bottom of subject homeowner’s property. A stormdrain that is consisted of double eighteen inches smooth wall High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipes was designed.
