Cave Springs Campground Stream Stabilization Project

Section 404 of the Clean Water Act authorizes the United States Army of Corps of Engineers (USACE) to issue permits before dredeged or fill material can be discharged into waters of the United States, including wetlands. The following permits will be required for the proposed activity at Cave Springs campground:
- NWP #13 and Section 10 Permit
- PCN
- 401 WQC
The permitting timeframe for each permit type is summarized in Table 2.0.
