History
Sedona Energy
Labs began in the late 70's by using hydrogen to power Sterling engines.
The Engines were then coupled with a
PV system generating hydrogen using electrolysis. This effectively
added
‘storage’ in hydrogen potential to the PV system when there was no
sunshine. They then moved into designing tracking systems
specifically for Photo Voltaic cells.

They

to
the facilities at The Northern
Arizona Center for Entrepreneurship and Technologies, otherwise known
as NACET. At NACET the SEL team is developing two
dual axis solar tracking systems, the IT1500 and
IT200. The IT1500 is a light weight roof mounted tracking system
that is easily mounted atop residential or commercial buildings.
The IT2000 is ground mountable system. Both systems are capable
of increasing the power collected by the PV cells by up to 40%.
