- Design testing procedures

2. Honeycomb Shape Design
a. Build models of honeycomb structures in SolidWorks
b. Run Finite Element Analysis using CosmosWorks
c. Identify the two most efficient honeycomb structures
Deliverables:
- FEA Report for the most efficient structures

3. Prototyping
a. Work with SMARF to manufacture samples of honeycomb structures to better understand the current manufacturing process in place
Deliverables:
- Report outlining the current manufacturing process

4. Manufacturing Process
a. Develop a method of manufacturing to be able to create 25 24” x 24” x 2” honeycomb panels
b. Demonstrate manufacturing method
c. Implement manufacturing method

- Functioning manufacturing method
