Grand Canyon River Outfitters Association: Alternative Motorboat Project |

The Grand Canyon River Outfitters Association (GCROA) developed a project to divide among three universities; Arizona State University, Northern Arizona University, and the University of Utah. The three teams were tasked with redesigning the current outboard motor used for down river rafting trips to be more environmentally friendly, less noisy, and more durable.

The NAU GCROA Senior Design team will be presenting the outcomes of this project April 23,2010 at the NAU DuBois Center for the The 2010 CEFNS UnderGraduate Research and Design Symposium. Signs will be present directing you towards the poster displays and the presentation will be at 11:00 am in the Fremont Room. |
