Team Bylaws
1. All project-related decisions
are to be made with the client's needs as the priority.
2. All project-related issues will
be decided as a group with a majority vote ruling.
3. The team leader will decide all
issues that can not be decided with a majority vote.
4. All personal issues will be reconciled
between conflicting members.
5. All four members of the team
will proof all documents submitted to the client.
6. All interactions with the client
will be performed in a professional manner.
7. All four team members will consistently
maintain integrity and honesty when dealing with the client.
8. Project scope and team responsibilities
will be kept reasonable, and achievable.
9. Each member agrees to be an active
participant, striving for a quality design for the client.
10. By abiding by these bylaws,
each team member pledges to provide a design that will fully satisfy
the client
