Freddy Rivera – Project Manager
Oversees overall project coordination, scheduling, communication, and documentation.
Ensures cross-team alignment between mechanical and electrical subsystems, manages prototype
integration, and leads client presentations and deliverables.
Andres Gonzales – System Controls Lead
Responsible for designing and tuning the control algorithms for both robots, including PID
development, sensor integration, and real-time software behavior. Collaborates closely with the
electrical team to ensure stable and accurate system response.
Colin Parsinia – Manufacturing Lead (Robot 1)
Leads CAD modeling and fabrication for Robot 1, including 3D-printed components, mechanical
assemblies, and fit-and-function testing. Ensures manufacturability, structural integrity,
and compatibility with the electrical subsystem.
Florence Fasugbe – Manufacturing Lead (Robot 2)
Responsible for CAD development and prototyping of Robot 2’s mechanical components, including
the dynamic beam mechanism and platform supports. Supports iterative testing and refinement
based on system performance and client feedback.
Ziyi Tang – Budget Liaison
Manages project purchasing, tracks spending, and ensures the team stays within budget
constraints. Coordinates part sourcing, lead times, and vendor communication to maintain
smooth prototyping progress throughout the semester.
Kyle Draper – Electrical Lead
Manages the Electrical Engineer team, overseeing circuit design, robot assembly, and coding.
Coordinates with mechanical leads to ensure seamless integration of electrical and mechanical
systems. Works on both Robots as needed.
Andy Babcock – Head Electrical Engineer (Robot 1)
Designs and implements the electrical systems for Robot 1, including circuit design, wiring,
coding, and prototyping. Works closely with the robot 1 mechanical subteam to ensure proper integration.
Kaden Zaremba – Electrical Engineer (Robot 2)
Designs and implements the electrical systems for Robot 2, including circuit design, wiring,
coding, and prototyping. Works closely with the Robot 2 mechanical subteam to ensure proper integration.
David Jimenez – Electrical Engineer (Robot 2)
Designs and implements the electrical systems for Robot 2, including circuit design, wiring,
coding, and prototyping. Works closely with the Robot 2 mechanical subteam to ensure proper integration.
