I am a Senior Electrical Engineering Student. I was born and raised in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and I graduated from Al Ahsa’a Highschool. I started my academic career at Northern Arizona University as a Mechanical Engineering major then finally switching to Electrical Engineering. I have aspirations to make my family and community back home proud. In the future, I hope to succeed in specialty engineering areas such as Photovoltaic energy. I chose NAU for its well known reputation to SABIC and the opportunities that my education will offer me. I enjoy playing sports including soccer, swimming, and running.
I am a Senior Electrical Engineering Student. I was born and raised in Kalihi, Hawaii on the island of Oʻahu and I graduated from Kamehameha Schools Kapālama. I chose NAU because of its diverse weather and because of the fact that it was away from home. It presented an opportunity to allow myself to grow and become the person I am today. I chose Electrical Engineering because for me, I thought advanced technology was going to be the future of the world and that investing in learning some type of electrical components would better serve me in the future. Plus, I enjoyed playing with legos
I am also a Senior Electrical Engineering Student. I was born and raised in Phoenix, AZ and graduated from Pinnacle High School. I decided to come to NAU for the snow, and the fact that it wasn’t too far from home and could drive back on weekends and see my family. It has also been a family tradition to come to NAU my sister, mother and aunt all graduated from NAU. I chose electrical engineering because I love math but also wanted to challenge myself and go into a field without a lot of women. I already have a job at Micron Technologies in Boise, ID but I’m very excited to branch out from memories with this hands on and bigger EBaja project.
I am a senior Electrical Engineer student. I was born and raised in Kuwait and I graduated from Emam Malek High School In Mubarak Al-kabeer. I chose NAU because of the snow. I decided to come to the US because I had an opportunity to challenge myself where I do not know anyone here and it's time to stand on my own. I chose electrical engineering major because I would like to work on cars in the future. Today, I am happy and proud because my capstone project is ebaja and learning how vehicles work.
