Evaluate

About this Stage:
This may be the last step in our design process, but in reality this was done continually during the project. We took the scores we received on coursework and feedback from the client to assess and modify our work.  Upon completion of this course, our team will judge what we have done throughout the year to give us the opportunity to learn from our mistakes and improve our future projects.

Major milestone that took place in our evaluation process were:

 

 

Software used during this phase was Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and our schools BBlearn client.  Office was used for preparing all correspondence and submitting required coursework.  PowerPoint was used for our class presentations, and BBlearn was used to check our grades and get feedback from our instructor.

One problem the team encountered during this phase was dealing with negative feedback.  After completing our team presentation during the spring semester, our group got feedback from the class that we needed to spend more time rehearsing the presentation. We needed to do this to mitigate the need of the team from having to read information from the slides while presenting.  This was unsettling to the group because we practiced the presentation and thought we did just fine.  We, as a group, decided to not take the criticism personally and practice more for our next presentation.
