Possible Solutions
A number of device ideas have been proposed. The constant factor among proposed device prototypes is the ability to retrofit it to the tailpipe of a car. It has been determined that the best solution will utilize the corona effect to spark electricity in order to ionize the carbon dioxide. The main differences between device prototypes are the power requirements and the efficiency of the system. Metal plating, wiring meshes, and a Van de Graaf generator design have been considered.
