Education  

David  is currently pursuing a Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and will graduate in the Fall of 2004.  he received an Associates degree in Liberal Studies in 2001 and is a certified F-16/F-117A Avionics Journeymen.  His primary interest is in aerospace electronics. 

 

Related employment

Last summer David held an internship position at Raytheon Missile Systems in the Integration Test and Analysis Department.  His duties included designing, documenting, building and integrating chassis rack components for the Navy's RAM-CIL 2 Missile Simulator. 

David enlisted in the United States Air Force in December of 1994 where he went into the F-16 avionics technician tech school.  After completion of the tech school, he was sent to Holloman AFB where he continued schooling for the F-117A.  David was stationed at Holloman AFB at the 9th Fighter Squadron for his whole enlistment with the occasional temporary duty at Langley AFB, Wright-Patterson AFB and Spangdahlem AB.  He was a participant in Operation Desert Fox and Operation Allied Force, where he was awarded two Meritorious Service Medals.

David was honorably discharged from the Air Force in December 1999.  On advice from pilots, who appreciated his avionics knowledge, he immediately  started pursuing his EE degree.
