This the project sponsor Dr. Lawrence Gallagher.  He is the Program Director for IHD and through IHD he runs a training program for disabled students.  This program uses technology to assist disabled students.  Dr. Gallagher especially enjoys helping students with multiple handicaps.  This program has funded 16-18 projects for the capstone senior design class in the College of Engineering.  His program is funded by the Department of Health and Human Services Administration and the Family and Child Administration on Developmental Disability.
