We have decided to implement the Incremental Development Model specified as specified Ian Sommerville’s Software Engineering, 6^{th Edition.} The reason we chose this model is because the services to be provided by the system are well defined. In addition, the client has prioritized the necessary functionality of the system. This fits perfectly within the Incremental Development Model and will allow for ample feedback from the client. This development model accommodates for extreme programming; we plan on utilizing this methodology when developing the project.
