The Team

The PPF team consists of Noel Keen (pictured on the left) and Martin Casado (on right). During the course of the summer they worked together on a number of projects including:

Bios

Name:Martin Casado
Reason for Choosing Project: Over the summer I developed an interest for parallel computing especially the parallelization of particle transport packages. As well, I really enjoy working on big machines and with LLNL. Plus, working on the PPF may give me an excuse to head up to the Bay Area so I can go play with Noel ;-).
Suggestions: Alaskan Snowshoe cocktails(1 shot Yukon Jack and 1 shot Rumplemintz) on snowy days and of course looser accounts on StarCraft.
People Not as Good as Me at Half-Life: Rob Allred, Doug Stallman, Abe Pralle, Trent De'Hoodge, Anthony Rivera
Programming Languages: C/C++, Java
