NeuroLight is a collaborative research project with Dr. Charles Allen (OHSU) and Dr. Eck Doerry (NAU). The system provides an intuitive graphical workbench that enables scientists to import, process, and visualize neuronal activity movies. It simplifies the analysis of circadian rhythms by extracting key parameters such as period, amplitude, phase, and rhythmicity index.
