Competition Project

This project aims to increase the functional treatment capacity of the Special Planning Area 1 Water Reclamation Facility (SPA 1 WRF) in Surprise, AZ, from 12.8 MGD to 16.3 MGD to meet growing wastewater demands. Through consideration of adding new equipment or reconditioning of existing infrastructure, the project will enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance with state permitting requirements.
